Here's how our White Glove Service will improve your commercial insurance renewal process:

• Based on your policy expiration list, we’ll notify you and your agents when we need your prior year applications to load into Broker Buddha. We’ll do this either 120 or 170 days before the deadline, and you can stay on top of the process by simply monitoring your inbox.   
• We send your team reminders to get us the information we require. We need everything by a certain point and we’ll remind you when that point is getting close.
• We’ll let you know what’s in progress with our team and when you can send it out.
• We provide updates on your pre-filled renewal applications. Your account includes pre-filled applications, and with our White Glove Service, you’ll know exactly how many you have used and how many you have remaining. That makes planning easier and helps you manage your account with us so it’s as cost-efficient as possible.
