How fast can commercial insurance be?
When it comes to renewing your clients’ commercial insurance...a lot faster than it’s ever been before.
Our platform already makes the renewal and application process fast—our new dashboard adds even more speed.
Okay, so how does a new dashboard add speed?
Let’s start with this: it’s much more intuitive. From the new dashboard, users can choose from three different views: Active Applications, Prior Year Applications, or Service Requests. By making pathways simple and straightforward, it’s easier to work on the platform and allows agents to work—you guessed it—faster.
Tailor it for Policy Effective Dates dates and download Supplemental Forms fast.
When you’re in the dashboard, you’ll also be able to organize information to suit your specific needs.
Now, you can set your Active Application view to organize applications using the policy effective date. Or you can use the application due date—it’s your choice.
While working on the dashboard update, we also improved our Application builder. Our newest version has a wizard-like feel that makes it more intuitive for new users to understand.
With the new Service Request Dashboard view and the ability to create Service Requests directly on the platform, you no longer need to resort to email to get a snapshot of where things are in their workflow. When more tasks can be completed in the same place—our platform—faster happens.
Manage opportunities more easily.
Along with helping your agency get more done in less time, the features in our updated dashboard make it easier to effectively manage your book of business. You’ll always know when it’s time to start the renewal process. Dates won’t catch you by surprise, and better tracking means you can identify opportunities to offer additional lines of coverage.
We’re excited about our new dashboard, and we’re confident you will be, too. Of course, our team of experts in Customer Success is always ready to help, so if you have any questions as you begin working with it, don’t hesitate to reach out.
