We’re pleased to announce the addition of Brie Smith to our Customer Success team.
A positive user experience is essential for us. With activity on our platform continuing to increase, we’re taking steps to ensure we don’t miss a beat. Not only are we hiring Customer Support experts, we're also adding developers.
Brie brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Broker Buddha. She joins us after spending four years at RLI, a specialty property/casualty insurance and surety bond company, where she was an underwriter managing a $30 million book focused on long-haul trucking. She understands the challenges of the business, and looks forward to helping our customers work more efficiently and quickly.
Prior to her tenure at RLI, Brie worked in Wisconsin as a Project Manager for Epic Systems Corporation, a software provider for healthcare (yes, it’s a different Epic), leading an implementation team. In that role, she worked closely with operations management at the companies that were introducing the application, led testing efforts, and oversaw customer support.
A graduate of Texas A&M, Brie is excited to bring her insurance, software, and customer support experience to the world of insurtech. And we’re thrilled to have her on board.
