So you’ve decided to join us at Broker Buddha, awesome! Now what?
Unlike some platforms, starting with Broker Buddha includes a personalized training process. We want to ensure you are set up for success and fully understand each feature we offer so you get the most from our platform.
Here is what you can expect:
As soon as you sign up with us, we get you started on a "ramp up week,” getting you as familiar with the system as possible. We do 3 one-hour meetings in the first week training you on the platform and getting you familiar with the basics.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what each meeting will cover:
1st = "Kickoff”
Before anything happens, we have to get to know you! This is when we find out more about the way you operate and walk you through some basic examples of how you can use the platform to streamline your processes.
2nd = "Leading the call.”
Test time, already? Yes... But, don’t worry, we’re right here with you. In this second hour of on-boarding we have you go through the Broker Buddha software yourself, with us watching over your shoulder. This allows you to get hands on experience while we see what kinds of tweaks and adjustments will make the platform work better for you. It also gives you a chance to ask questions as they come up while you navigate the system. Pretty sweet to have the teacher doing the test with you, right??
3rd = "Finale, Find a Quick Win.”
In the 3rd meeting we have you use the platform with a live client. Whether it’s the on-boarding of a brand new client, or sending out a renewal information request, this will give us even more opportunities to look for ways to improve the experience. It also gives you another opportunity to bring up questions, suggestions, or issues as they come up! Winning!
After your first week, we schedule weekly calls to keep things moving along. And then monthly calls once you’re in a rhythm. If you ever have questions, you can call or use the chat feature in the platform get real-time help from your customer success manager.
What else could you have in an on-boarding process?
